Warranty Policy

innanest Limited Warranty Terms

Products sold by InnaNest are covered under a manufacturer’s limited warranty for the original purchaser, provided that proof of purchase is available. Case goods are covered by a 3-month limited warranty, while cribs and changers include a 1-year limited warranty.


What is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal residential use during the specified warranty period.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly or installation, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs. Additionally, normal wear and tear is not covered. Please note that natural variations in wood grain, finish, and color are considered unique characteristics of the material rather than defects; as such, these variations are not eligible for return or warranty claims.


Inspect Before Assembly (Important)

We strongly advise you to inspect all parts thoroughly before beginning the assembly process. Please be aware that damage claims cannot be accepted once an item has been partially or fully assembled.


Reporting Missing Parts or Defects

If you discover missing parts, damage, or suspected manufacturing defects, please contact us at support@innanest.com within 7 days of delivery. Prompt reporting is essential, as many claims are subject to strict manufacturer and fulfillment timelines, which often require filing within 14 days of the invoice date.


Transit Damage and Carrier Claims

If your order was shipped using a third-party carrier account, any claims regarding freight damage or loss must be filed directly through that specific carrier account.


Remedy

Once a warranty claim is confirmed, we will work to resolve the issue by providing replacement parts or another appropriate remedy to ensure your product meets our quality standards.
