Shipping policy

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). No minimum purchase required.

Delivery Timeline Most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships — we recommend checking the carrier's page for live updates.

Shipping Partners We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Deliveries are made to your doorstep or building entrance. Standard delivery does not include inside placement, assembly, or packaging removal.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to the contiguous U.S. only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally at this time.

Multiple Items Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Damaged or Missing Packages If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us at support@innanest.com within 7 days of delivery — we'll make it right.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check around your property and with neighbors first. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll open an inquiry with the carrier right away.
